Work may be returned in its original condition within 5 days of receipt for a credit only. Shipping expenses will not be reimbursed. 

Items are packed and shipped securely. I am not responsible for damage but if there is a problem, please send photos and an explanation to judy@judyanderson.ca so we can try and resolve the issue.

Shipping is free for items in this shop. For larger works, please contact me.

Local pick-up/delivery is available. This will help me out with shipping expenses.

I aim to ship within 3-5 business days of receiving your order, I will reach out if there are any significant delays. Normal shipping can take 1-3 weeks depending on location.

The customer is responsible for any extra fees incurred such as duties, customs charges, wrong address redirection and unable to deliver.
